By accessing or using PlayToMaster ("the Service"), operated by HD Signals LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlayToMaster is a web-based cognitive training platform offering brain games designed for professional development. The Service is free for signed-up users with optional paid features on mobile platforms. Games cover topics including but not limited to law, medicine, finance, leadership, and technology.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PlayToMaster on the web is free for all signed-up users. The iOS app is available for $2.99/year. Payments for the iOS app are processed through the Apple App Store. Any future paid features will be processed securely through Stripe. Refund requests for iOS purchases should be directed to Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, games, designs, and materials on PlayToMaster are the intellectual property of HD Signals LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

PlayToMaster is designed for educational and cognitive training purposes only. Our games are NOT a substitute for professional legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other professional guidance. Always consult with appropriately licensed professionals for specific guidance.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HD Signals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
